Wireless Consultants
  • Learn and remain knowledgeable about current wireless technologies, products,
    services, and accessories
  • Greet and qualify potential customers that enter the retail location
  • Service customers before, during, and after sale including, but not limited to, answering
    questions, sending "thank you" cards, making follow-up calls, etc.
  • Generate new business and maintain customer base; obtain new customers via referrals, etc.
  • Maintain a friendly and clean retail location; keep location clean, merchandise
    displays, etc.
  • Accurately record all sales in POS system including invoicing customers, collecting
    money, and logging all phone activations and upgrades on a daily basis
  • Make sure cash drawer is in balance before and after the work shift
  • Report to the Location Manager or Retail Division Manager any and all customer issues
    that may arise
