Our Statement Regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic
Though we recognize that communication products and services are essential during this time, Nu-Wave Wireless is committed to the health and safety of our team members and customers, while maintaining continuity of business to serve the communities in which we operate.
In addition to complying with all state and local guidelines, laws, and mandates, we are keeping our Sprint Stores safe by:
Increasing cleaning and sanitizing efforts
Limiting occupancy within our locations
Requiring all employees to wear masks covering their mouths and noses, and require our customers do so as well
Following CDC and health officials’ guidelines on hygiene and social distancing within our locations
Changing store hours and closing certain stores to comply with local public health guidelines
Encouraging customers to call ahead prior to visiting our stores and offering special hours and/or appointments to accommodate vulnerable customers
Offering work-from-home capabilities to non-customer-facing team members
Working with every team member to determine whether they: (1) are healthy; (2) willing and comfortable to work; and (3) have all the resources they need, specific to their personal situations.
We pledge to do our best to take care of our team members and customers while doing our part to prevent the spread of this virus. As long as our stores remain open during this crisis, we’re here to serve you.
